Peter Dinklage Joins Cast Of X-Men: Days Of Future Past

After the initial announcement of yet another X-Men movie, I didn’t know how to feel. On one hand you have the superbly done X-Men: First Class, and then there’s the abysmal X-Men trilogy from almost a decade ago. Now that the cast is starting to come together though, this new X-Men film could be one of next years smash hits. One major addition to the cast comes in the form of one of the HBO series Game Of Thrones breakout actors Peter Dinklage. Dinklage is probably better known for his portrayal of Tyrion Lannister, the quick witted dwarf from the Lannister family. There is no word on exactly what role he will play, but some have speculated that he will play the maker of the sentinels. I for one, am hoping that the studio heads take note and give him a role as one of my favorite Marvel villains, MODOK.

Days Of Future Past is based off a storyline from the Uncanny X-Men comics, and is set to debut in theaters in Spring of 2014.
