Netflix Scores Exclusive Disney Distribution Deal Starting This Fall

Netflix subscribers are ready to reap the rewards of a deal that took place way back in 2012.   Disney has agreed that beginning in September,  Netflix users will have access to some Marvel, Lucasfilms, and Pixar titles around the same time as they hit paid TV Networks like HBO and STARZ.  Netflix paid a pretty penny for this exclusive pact with Disney and boasts themselves as “the exclusive pay TV home” for such titles which will make it impossible for Amazon Prime and HULU to get their hands on any.  Rogue One: A Star Wars Story will hit theaters in December and could be one of the titles to drop in the Netflix bucket shortly after Blu-ray/DVD release along with Zootopia, Captain America: Civil War, Finding Dory and Doctor Strange to name just a few.  Now if they could only crack that Disney vault so that I can watch Beauty and the Beast at 2 in the morning with a bag of Doritos…A girl can dream!
