Sony To Partner With HTC For “Playstation Certified” Phones

At this year’s E3 Expo, Sony announced that they will begin partnering with HTC for the next generation of Playstation Certified devices. Lovingly re-christened as ‘Playstation Mobile’ the next tier of Playstation phone will be wildly different than what we’re used to. Digital downloads, exclusive mobile content, and home console compatibility will all play huge factor in Sony’s dream of getting it’s Playstation services in the hands of as many people as possible. HTC will be the first third party provider for the Playstation Mobile phones, as Sony has mainly relied  on it’s Sony Ericsson division for production of the Playstation certified devices.
