This Is The First Doctor Who Season 9 Trailer

The first official trailer for season 9 of Doctor Who is finally here, and it looks amazing. There’s tons of action, and it looks as if there’ll be even more conflict for The Doctor and Clara this time around. Save for a few key moments, last season left many fans feeling a bit sour, as the show often drifted in and out of obscurity. The last few episodes picked up the pace, and were easily the highlights from an otherwise forgettable season.

In the trailer itself, we see the Doctor essentially struggle with being able to keep control, while battling some of his toughest nemesis. A few of my favorites appear to be making a return, as both the Daleks and Zygons can be spotted early on, and there’s a few new monsters making their debut as well. Of course, no one poses a bigger threat to The Doctor than Missy aka The Master, and thankfully she’ll be back this time around as well. Perhaps the biggest surprise comes at the end of the trailer when a certain Game Of Thrones star makes an appearance.
