WWE Hell In A Cell 2022 Predictions

5 min read

Theory V Mustafa Ali (United States Championship)

This match has the markings of the sleeper match of the night, as both Theory and Ali are capable athletes in the ring. Theory has been great as the pompous, annoying, golden boy handpicked by Vince McMahon to lead WWE into the next generation. He has a mighty obstacle in front of him in the form of Mustafa Ali though, as Ali had an injury curtail what could’ve led to his very first major push. Either way, the two have been involved in some stellar segments on Monday Night Raw, and the next chapter in their feud should be a good one. There’s nothing keeping these two from having an awesome match, but all signs are pointing towards Theory retaining.

Prediction: Theory wins and retains US Championship

Finn Balor, AJ Styles, & Liv Morgan V The Judgement Day

I honestly couldn’t be any more disinterested in this match than I am, but I understand the purpose it will serve. Edge and his group of minions vs two former Bullet Club leaders and Liv Morgan should be solid, but I think this match will end up being a bit of a snoozer. The biggest savings grace will most likely come by way of a last-minute swerve that’ll see either Finn or Liv Morgan turn on their teammates and join Edge’s faction.

Prediction: The Judgement Day wins

Bobby Lashley V Omos & MVP (Handicap Match)

Big Meaty Men Bumping Meat. That’s what this match is, and that’s what it’s on the card for. Word to Big E. These two have been having some pretty good matches and I’d expect to see that trend continue tonight. Lashley has walked away each time looking good, but I think that streak ends tonight. As good as Lashley is and has been, the addition of MVP to this match adds a layer of difficulty Bobby may not be able to overcome. Omos is a monster in his own rights, but with the cunning of MVP added to the mix, they should be able to walk away with a win tonight. Somehow, I expect Cedric Alexander to also play a role in the outcome. Look for this feud to continue past tonight as well.

Prediction: Omos and MVP win
