‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’ Finds A New Home After Fox Cancellation
1 min readLegions of fans of the show ‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’ took to the internet to save it after learning of its cancellation.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine’s cancellation came as a shock to many as it was one of the most popular shows on Fox. After news of its cancellation surfaced, fans voiced their displeasure and started campaigning to bring it back. It had become an immediate trend on Twitter, and thankfully, networks started to take notice. Netflix was one such network, but they passed because of an agreement between Fox and Hulu for airing past seasons.
Ultimately, the show ended up being picked up by NBC for a sixth season running 13-episodes. This is great news for fans of the cop comedy, but the cast was even more relieved.
