Cosplay Takes Over C2E2
1 min readOne of our favorite things to do when we go to a comic con is cosplay. Dressing up as a character from your favorite fandom allows you the freedom to express your creativity in ways you otherwise wouldn’t. You can be someone completely opposite from your everyday, normal self. In a way, you get to become a hero or villain in your own rights. While Maria and I were at C2E2 this past weekend, we decided to try out our Walking Dead cosplay. It took a lot of time and effort, but we were proud to showcase our take on King Ezekiel and Shiva.
Thankfully, we weren’t the only fans of The Walking Dead, as several other people portrayed characters from the show. The most popular cosplay for men and women, was none of than Negan. The Walking Dead wasn’t the only fandom on display however. There were costumes from all walks of fandoms, and all types of franchises. People dressed up as characters from books, TV shows, Anime, and even famed nursery rhyme characters. We tried to capture it all, but there was entirely too many to get. Here’s some of our most absolute favorites from C2E2.
