Guardians Of The Galaxy: A Telltale Series First Look
2 min readMarvel and Telltale Games have finally announced the release date for their upcoming Guardians Of The Galaxy game. The first episode will debut on April 18th and is titled “Tangled Up In Blue.” The game will put players in the rocket powered boots of Star-Lord, in an all new adventure.
Of course this wouldn’t be a Marvel story if there weren’t intergalactic stakes at hand. In the Guardians game, our heroes come across an ancient relic with seemingly limitless power. Each member of the team has a desire to own this relic, but so does their biggest threat yet. Thanos, the Galaxy’s most ruthless villain is also hot on the trails of this relic, and he’ll stop at nothing to possess it.

If you know anything about Telltale games, then you of course know this will be one hell of a ride, with plenty of twists along the way. Marvel’s Guardians Of The Galaxy: A Telltale Series will make its debut on April 18th, with a season pass disc available May 2nd. The game will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Windows PC, Mac, as well as Google Play and Apple’s App Store. The first episode will cost you $4.99 USD, and I’d have to assume future episode will ring in at the same price. The timing of this release coincides perfectly with the in theater release of Guardians Vol.2, set to hit May 5th. You can check out that trailer by clicking right HERE.
