They’re Better As A Unit

The Shield were absolutely at the top of their game when they split back in 2014. They were coming off of two great matches with the returning Evolution, and were newly turned baby faces. We never really got to see the true potential of The Shield, as they were broken up way too early. Sure, we got three singles superstars in the process, but they always have been better as a trio. Back when Dean had the US Title, and Seth and Roman were tag champs they were nearly unstoppable. Not only because of the booking, but from always having the numbers advantage. The Shield helped create some of the most awesome moments in three-man tag matches along the way. Their battles with Evolution, Team Hell No, and The Wyatts were the single hottest feuds in WWE at the time. With The Shield officially reunited, it may be time to bring back another incarnation of an equally powerful stable…
