Is This Google’s iPad Competitor?

Just yesterday, Brief Mobile posted shots of what could possibly be Google’s iPad competitor, the Nexus 10. The Nexus 10 on paper will be the biggest baddest tablet available, sporting next gen features that will make even the 4th Gen iPad look like a child’s toy. Designed by Samsung, the Nexus 10 pretty much has to go for broke simply to escape the large shadow that Apple has cast over the company in light of the latter’s massive patent infringement victory in a California courtroom. That being said, Samsung has brought a Enxynos processor like none before to the table to ensure that the Nexus 10 runs like a dream. Inside this unit is the Samsung Exynos 5250 chipset along with a Cortex-A15 architecture, and a Mali-T604 GPU. In short, crazy powerful, crazy fast. The display was measured at 10.1 inches and supposedly has a resolution of 2560×1600, with a pixel density of 298.9 pixels per inch. The 3rd Gen iPad had a resolution of 263.8 pixels per inch. Amazing. Also on board is Android 4.2 (Jellybean), so expect all your favorite features from 4.1 to travel over including Google Now and Project Butter. Also on the unit was a 5MP rear camera, and a front facing camera of unknown resolution.
Head on over to Brief Mobile for a full rundown of the Nexus 10, and enjoy a couple shots of the device below.
