The recap episode will highlight recent events in the AOT universe and will be told from the perspectives of Levi, Ani, and Mikasa. This will lead into the premiere of episode 76 which has been titled “Condemnation” and will pick up right where the mid-season finale left off. The Attack on Titan manga finale has already been released and was met with relatively divided opinions from fans online. There’s been no word on how closely the anime will follow the manga, but so far, the anime has been VERY faithful to its anime counterpart.
The second half of the final season of Attack on Titan will premiere on Crunchyroll and Funimation in January 2022.
