Five Nights At Freddy’s Official Teaser Trailer

The day fans of Freddy Fazbear have been waiting for is finally here. Moments ago, the first official trailer for the Five Nights At Freddy’s movie dropped and it kind of looks dope. The teaser drops little tidbits and easter eggs from throughout the storied franchise’s history and looks to be a faithful adaptation of the video game.

If you’re not familiar (and if you aren’t seriously, why are you here?) Five Nights At Freddy’s is one of the most successful indie horror franchises ever. Selling over 4.7 million copies since its release in August 2014, FNAF has remarkably remained dominant in the gaming space, keeping gamers in a chokehold with four initial installments, two spin-offs, and a next-gen game called Security Breach.

In the game, you play a newly employed security guard in charge of working the night shift at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria. The job seems simple enough until you’re confronted with the goal of surviving the night against an onslaught of hostile animatronics.

Five Night’s At Freddy’s will hit theaters and stream exclusively on Peacock on October 27th.
