Disney Reveals A “Special Look” At Upcoming Aladdin Movie

We finally got our first official look at the live action version of Disney’s Aladdin. The snippet debuted on Sunday during the Grammys, and it showed the full scope of the upcoming Disney masterpiece. While this trailer didn’t really debut any new information about the story, we did get a super cool look at Will Smith’s Genie. Not just the sneak peek photos from Entertainment Weekly this time either. We’re talking full blown, blue CGI Genie Will Smith.

We also got a quick glimpse at the three main characters involved in the story as well. We see the brash, and hopeful Aladdin, the beautiful Princess Jasmine, and the nefarious Jafar, and they all look amazing. The world of Aladdin looks stunning as we’ll finally get to see the port city of Agrabah truly brought to life. Mena Massoud stars as Aladdin, Naomi Scott as Jasmine, Will Smith as the Genie, and Marwan Kenzari as Jafar.
