Here’s Your First Look At Apocalypse, Magneto, And Psylocke From X-Men: Apocalypse

The upcoming film, ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ will give us our darkest look yet at our favorite group of mutant misfits. There’s also a tremendous struggle approaching, and with the appearance of the comic’s most infamous villain, things are certain to get bleak for our heroes. 

In the comics, Apocalypse has one of the most distinguishable looks of all the characters in the X-Men universe. I was definitely curious about how they’d translate his look into a big screen role, and thanks to Entertainment Weekly, we got our first REAL look. The X-Men: Apocalypse trailer (like multiple others) leaked during last week’s San Diego Comic Con, and in it, we got a real brief glimpse of Apocalypse. I will admit, I wasn’t immediately blown away from what I seen in the trailer, and after checking out some of the photos EW posted, I’m still relatively unmoved by Apocalypse’s on-screen attire. He sort of looks like a cross between a Sontaran soldier from Doctor Who, and Ivan Ooze from Power Rangers. Thankfully, he’s not the only big name mutant EW covers though and I’m happy to report that Psylocke’s costume looks almost identical to her comic look, and Magento looks pretty badass as well.
