Seesmic Acquired By HootSuite

Twitter client Seesmic announced they’ve been acquired by Hoot Suite earlier today via Twitter. One of the more popular Twitter clients across all platforms, Seesmic had a pretty solid following largely in part due to it’s massive feature set and awesome stability. Hoot Suite on the other hand, is by far the biggest Twitter client available and has more reach, along with a bigger business appeal. Both companies plan on keeping the two services flowing for the time being, but will eventually migrate into one.
