The New Spider-Man: Homecoming Trailer Is Insane

The latest trailer for the upcoming Spider-Man: Homecoming movie is absolutely insane. There’s so much drama. So much action. So much…Iron Man. This is the first official Marvel Spider-Man film, and if the trailers are any indicators, it will easily trump all of Sony’s offerings. 

Peter Parker has a pretty stellar relationship with Tony Stark in Homecoming. Peter and Tony seem to have a weird Father/Son relationship, but it works for the dynamic that Marvel and Co are trying to present. Tony has a fairly large role in Peter’s life and that relationship will obviously be put to the test. Both characters are very important to this story arc, and will also be major players in the Infinity War movie. 

In the trailer, we see Peter learning how to cope with his new powers while concealing his identity. Using a powered suit gifted to him by Tony Stark, Spider-Man seems to have the villainy in New York under control until a new threat emerges. The Vulture (played by Michael Keaton) looks to be hell bent on power and control in New York. This will be Spider-Man’s biggest challenge to date.
