One thing is for certain, as COVID becomes more adept at dodging antibodies and vaccines, it will undoubtedly continue to change how we respond to viruses in both the short and long terms. My biggest hope going forward is that we use the now more than two years of lessons learned from COVID in a more controlled and concise response to our next pandemic.
