I’m a huge WWE/WWF nostalgia mark. I love it when the old timers come back and interact with the talent on RAW or Smackdown. When this moment happened at the 2008 Royal Rumble, I absolutely lost my mind as I was instantly transported back to my childhood with images of Roddy Piper smashing a coconut over Snuka’s head. Then it happened. Not only did Jimmy Snuka make a surprise return in the Rumble, but his lifelong nemesis Roddy Piper returned in the same match, creating one of the greatest moments in Rumble history. This moment was so big, the action inside the ring actually stopped, as all the wrestlers inside were also in awe of this moment. Don’t believe me?
