Introducing The Galaxy Camera

Samsung has taken it’s Galaxy line of tablets and smartphones to new heights, and plans on pushing things even further into the stratosphere with today’s announcement of the Galaxy camera. It is essentially just that, a high end Galaxy tablet crammed into a high end digital camera. The Galaxy camera rocks modern digital camera specs with very heavy doses of Android 4.1 Jellybean (yeah, Jellybean!) sprinkled all throughout. The experience isn’t just that of a Galaxy tablet/smartphone recreated however, as Samsung promises that the Galaxy camera is the “camera reborn”. How Samsung has managed to accomplish this, is by working very closely with developers to ensure that the latest cutting edge imaging options were ported into the Galaxy camera. For starters, the Galaxy camera rocks a 21x super long zoom lens and a 16MP BSI CMOS sensor (helps to eliminate light sources from overloading images), and “Smart Pro” technology which enables presets to be selected that allows photography noobs take professional looking photos. There’s also the inclusion of a 4.8 inch super clear LCD, and voice controls that allows users to perform actions like zoom, or capture photos, using their voice.

The Galaxy Camera will be available in two different models, one being 3G + Wifi capable, and the other being 4G + Wifi capable, which adds to the on the go advantages it presents.
