#ChristmasFail: Bunchems

We have all received a gift that just didn’t live up to the hype.  This year that toy was Bunchems.  They are squishy colorful balls that stick together and pull apart for you to create what ever your imagination desires.  The problem with these squishy Lego type balls is that they love sticking to hair and have caused a lot of headache for parents and children alike.  This has been so much of an issue that on the Bunchems website there is a video to show you how to remove Bunchems from hair (lots of conditioner or vegetable oil).  Many reviews on amazon said that it required cutting large chunks of hair to remove the burr like balls.  One amazon review described them as “A toy spawned from the darkest depths of hell”.  So be forewarned, if you have these and you arent looking to get a pixie cut, use caution.
