Apple’s iPhone Event Reportedly Scheduled For September 12th

It’s that time of year again kiddies! Back to school, the start of Fall, and of course the announcement of a new iPhone. This time Apple is sure to pull out all the stops as they’re celebrating the 10 year anniversary of the phone puts the world in a frenzy with each new release. According to a report released by The Wall Street Journal, Sept.12th is almost certainly the date we’ll finally see the new iPhone models everyone has been so anxious to check out.

So what do we know for certain? We know that nothing’s for certain, but Apple is rumored to be releasing 3 new models this year. The first of which being the iPhone 8, and the other two being updated models of the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. The iPhone 8 looks to break the current mold of iPhone looks and features, and will most certainly have an entirely redesigned presence. The iPhone 8 is rumored to have an all-new edge to edge OLED screen, a new camera layout and interface, and 3D face tracking technology.

The refreshed iPhone 7 and 7 Plus (we’ll just add an ‘s’ for giggles) are rumored to have an all glass back, and wireless charging. 

Again, this is all just rumor and speculation, so take it with a grain of salt.
