That Sweet Triple Power Bomb Spot

The single biggest pop The Shield gets is when they execute their triple Power Bomb on fallen foes. As heels, the Power Bomb was an effective way to cut down the momentum of the good guys. As faces, it’s used to intimidate monster heels, and shift the balance of power. We saw the biggest example of this last night, as all three members of The Shield confronted Braun Strowman. Individually, they’d all been victims of Braun. But together, they not only served him a beat down, but they also tossed him through a table in the most Shield way possible. The crowd is always insanely intense whenever the Shield sets up for this spot, and it will continue to be one of the coolest moves in WWE. Oh, and it also has a sweet new name thanks to Corey Graves. It now goes by ‘The Cerebus.’
