Virgin Mobile USA To Land The iPhone On June 29th

Following Cricket’s landmark announcement last week, Virgin Mobile has announced that they too will begin to carry the iPhone this month. Starting June 29th, Virgin Mobile will carry the iPhone 4 and 4S on their nationwide no contract network powered by Sprint. With plans beginning as low as $30 a month, this definitely puts Virgin Mobile in prime position to snag a ton of customers, but phone pricing itself may be scary to potential buyers. Virgin Mobile plans on pricing the iPhones at $549 for the 8GB iPhone 4, while the 16GB iPhone 4S will set you back a cool $649. Long story short, you’re paying full retail pricing on these bad devils.
