HTC One X and HTC EVO 4G LTE Delayed Amongst Patent Disputes

1 min read

By Rob Boggan

Those looking to get their hands on the new HTC One X or HTC EVO 4G LTE, may have to wait just a bit longer thanks in part to Apple’s patent suits against HTC. The International Trade Comission has essentially shut down all shipments of the devices passing through US customs due to a “Standard ITC investigation”. AT&T has already announced the suspension of sales for the One X online, but there is still plenty of stock available in retail stores. As for Sprint, preorders of it’s upcoming EVO 4G LTE, have also been suspended, but hopefully things get cleared up before the phone is actually slated to hit retail shelves in a few short days.

Anybody out there bummed about this potentially disatrous turn of events? Let us know in the comments!
