Google Play Turns One, Celebrates With Discounts

Android’s Google Play app store is celebrating it’s first birthday, and all Android device owners are invited to the party. Well, maybe not an actual party, but Google is tossing some pretty steep discounts onto some of it’s most popular games, music, and movies, as well as some nifty freebies to boot. One thing that instantly caught my eye was the pilot episode of AMC’s Breaking Bad is free, and there’s also quite a few decent RPGs that are free(for all you gamers out there), along with select magazine issues for only a buck. It would’ve been super awesome had they elected to drop some of those discounts down to some of the devices in the Google Play Store too, but that’s just wishful thinking for now.
