Ring Of Honor Debuts New Championship Titles

1 min read

Ring Of Honor has been riding a wave of momentum, and will look to carry it right into the new year. ROH Dominated 2017 by enjoying sold out arenas and the largest crowds in company history. Spurred by the tremendous momentum of the Bullet Club, and a lucrative partnership with New Japan Pro Wrestling, audiences have been flocking to check out one of the hottest properties in wrestling today. They just debuted a brand new ROH World Heavyweight Championship at their end of year PPV Final Battle. The event was headlined by a championship match between the champion Cody Rhodes, and the challenger Dalton Castle.

Not one to leave their other divisions behind, Ring Of Honor debuted brand new Championship Titles across the board. The Six Man, Tag Team, and Television Titles will all be refreshed to align with the new look World Title and Women of Honor Titles. I really dig the new look of the titles. The refresh adds not only a new look, but a new feeling of legitimacy to every championship in the company. The Television Title specifically, looks much better and looks like the perfect complement to the World Title and not a cheap secondary belt. Ring Of Honor will debut the new belts at their TV taping on Saturday, January 20th in Nashville, TN.

Check out the official unveiling below, and let us know how you feel about the new titles in the comments!
